This Custom Titanium 21 Piece Parts Set is a direct replacement for all the Benchmade MINI BUGOUT 533 Series knives.
(this set might not fit customized scales unless the scales have been designed to be the same size as the original Mini Bugout scales)
Upgrade the Original Black Steel Parts to Lighter Custom Rust Proof MATTE RAW Anodized Titanium Versions.

What is included in this sale is only the 21 piece set of Titanium Screws to fit the original
Benchmade 533 Series knives. Consisting of 21 x MATTE RAW Parts in total.
This 21pc set includes the following titanium parts:
1 x Custom MATTE RAW Titanium Pivot Nut
1 x T10 Torx MATTE RAW Titanium Pivot Screw
6 x T6 Torx MATTE RAW Titanium Standoff and Pin Screws (shortest size)
2 x T6 Torx MATTE RAW Titanium Scale Screws (shortest size)
2 x T6 Torx MATTE RAW Titanium Pocket Clip Screws (longest size)(+1 extra for 3 holed pocket clips)
3 x T6 Torx MATTE RAW Titanium Pocket Clip Hole Protector Screws (middle size)
2 x Custom MATTE RAW Titanium Custom T6 Thumb Studs ( 1 set)
1 x Custom MATTE RAW Titanium Blade Stop Pin

There might be slight changes and improvements to what is pictured.
To install this 21pc Set, good quality Torx T6 and T10 tools will be needed. (Such as Wiha Torx tools)
Please note: A bit of non-permanent thread locking glue, plumbers tape or even a drop of nail polish
is highly recommended on the screw's thread. Just incase it rattles off over time, as an extra safety precaution.
INSTALLATION WARNING:
BE PREPARED TO TAKE YOUR WHOLE KNIFE APART IN ORDER TO INSTALL THESE PARTS.
THE AXIS LOCKING SYSTEM IS QUITE FIDDLY TO TAKE APART AND RE-INSTALL.
THERE ARE 2 WIRE SPRINGS HOLDING IT ALL TOGETHER. SO BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOSE
THESE SPRINGS AS THEY ARE VITAL FOR A FUNCTIONING AXIS LOCK.
THERE WILL ALSO BE A SLIGHT COMPROMISE IN BLADE OPENING SMOOTHNESS FROM THE
TITANIUM PART RUBBING ON THE BLADE TANG AREA. POSSIBLY LUBE OR POLISHING THE
TANG CAN HELP. THE AXIS LOCK BAR COMES ALREADY POLISHED TO A SMOOTH SURFACE.
BY PURCHASING THIS SET YOU ARE AWARE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED AND THAT DAMAGE
OR THE POTENTIAL FOR MISSING PARTS COULD OCCUR AS A RESULT OF TAKING THE KNIFE.
YOU ALONE WILL BE TAKING FULL RESPONSIBLY FOR ANY SUCH DAMAGE OR LOSS.
(THE BENCHMADE WARRANTY MIGHT NOT COVER THESE TYPES OF MODS)
IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN TAKING APART AND PUTTING YOUR KNIFE BACK TOGETHER
(OR IF ANYTHING ELSE GOES WRONG), IT IS BEST NOT TO BUY THIS SET.
Once you have received a colored titanium product. It may appear to have lost color once touched,
this is only just the oil from your hands. If the oil has been cleaned off the color will come back.
Use acetone or nail polish remover to clean the oil off the anodized screws.
The custom anodizing will look new again!

International orders are sent via Airmail and usually take around 4 weeks to arrive to you once sent.
However orders can take longer to arrive depending on your country's air mailing delivery system.

Anodized Titanium Cleaning Tip:
To maintain the look of your new titanium parts.
Gently wipe clean with some Acetone but at the same time
be careful NOT to get Acetone on any Carbon or G10 knife scales.
Windex (safer) also works too but Acetone is stronger.
