Due to the many existing orders on at the moment.

Leads times MIGHT be a little longer than stated below.

Your orders are appreciated and I am working my hardest to get through them all. 

 

Effective date: 1st April 2020

By placing an order for items sold by xxxadrenalinxxx you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A. NO KNIVES PICTURED OR MENTIONED ARE FOR SALE

  • xxxadrenalinxxx does not sell knives.
  • No knives pictured are for sale.
  • No knives mentioned are for sale.
  • No knives are included with any sale.
  • No knives are for sale on this website.
  • No Blades are for sale.
  • No Scales are for sale.
  • No pocket clips are for sale.
  • ONLY KNIFE PARTS ARE FOR SALE.

B. COVID-19 DELAYS

i. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may have increased temporarily.

ii. Please refer to the COVID-19 Updates page for the latest information


C. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

i. Lead Time on Orders

a) There are many detailed processes involved before an order can be shipped out.

b) Custom Parts = Customized handiwork that takes time to prepare.

ii. No parts are ready to ship out on the same day it is ordered.

a) Parts are designed by xxxadrenalinxxx and tailored to each customer's individual requirements. So it is not possible to send out the same day.

b) Once ordered the production process begins. Each order is placed in a production queue of existing orders. All orders are worked on via a first in, first out basis.

c) Depending on what has been ordered I may need to contact you about your requirements and existing knife mods. (Such as existing aftermarket parts already installed or being planned)

iii. Guideline of Approximate Production Lead Times before shipping out:


a) Around 10+ business days:

(for Small Non-Complicated parts / orders)

b) Around 20+ business days:
(for Customized Sets with Non-Complicated parts / orders)

c) Around 30+ business days:
(for Heavily Customized Full Sets, Complicated High Voltage Anodizing,
Custom Matte, Shiny, Rainbow Finishing, Custom Resizing, Custom Machining)

Please note: During very busy periods with many existing orders on it can take longer than the stated times above. These times are only a guideline. Some orders and requests these days are really pushing the possible limits of titanium anodizing and finishing techniques. So your parts might need to be re-done several times to get the color as consistent and as perfect as possible before shipping out.

iv. Defining Specific Terms:

a) Small Non-Complicated Parts = Up to 5 Pieces or parts in common anodized colors.

b) Customized Anodizing = Custom Hand Anodizing & Hand Finishing to each customer’s requirements.

c) Busy Periods = When many existing orders are on. Earlier orders will be worked on first.

d) Heavily Customized Full Sets = Includes complicated anodizing and finishing of Full Sets.

e) Custom Machining = Custom re-sizing or modifications to xxxadrenalinxxx parts.

f) Custom Finishing = Includes Shiny or Matte Finishing or other Custom finishes.

g) Non-Complicated Coloring = Includes the common Anodized Colors Such as: Raw, Brass, Bronze, Blue, Light Blue, GoldDark Blue, Deep Purple, Ice Blue, etc

h) Complicated Coloring = Includes Intricate and High Voltage Anodized Colors Such as: Green, Yellow-Green, Blue-Green, Teal, Bright Purple, Magenta, Yellow, Pink, BlurpleBright Blue, Copper, MaroonRainbow, etc.


D. SHIPPING

Shipping Time

Please note that lead times are excluded from shipping times and parts are coming from Australia.

USA Orders

a) DHL Worldwide Standard Shipping Service (Around 20+ Business Days once sent)

b) Worldwide Express Post Shipping Service by Australia Post / DHL (Around 7 Business Days once sent)

International Orders

a) DHL Worldwide Standard Shipping Service (Around 20+ Business Days once sent)

b) Worldwide Express Post Shipping Service by Australia Post / DHL (Around 7 Business Days once sent)

Australian Orders

a) Australia Post Standard Postage (Around 7 Business Days once sent)

b) Australia Post Express Postage (Around 2-5 Business Days once sent)

ii. Shipping Conditions

a) Please note: These are only estimates; orders can take longer to arrive depending on World events and your country's air mailing delivery system.

b) Orders may also be Cancelled if you are un-contactable or have an address that is not able to be written in English.

c) If your delivery address is unreadable or incomplete I will not be able to deliver the items to you and your order will be cancelled

d) Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped out.

E. CANCELLATIONS

i. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped out.

ii. Please contact me ASAP if you would like to cancel an order before it is worked on.

iii. Orders can be cancelled if not yet shipped out. No need for a chargeback or opening a case. Just email me to cancel and a refund will be given. A case or chargeback can take over a month for the bank to process. Emailing me to cancel will only take a few seconds to cancel once message has been seen.


F.
MISSING, LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS/PARCELS

i. Missing, lost and damaged items/parcels will be investigated by the shipping country once reported. The investigation will likely be around 10 weeks.

ii. Missing Parts that are found to be the fault of xxxadrenalinxxx will be replaced and sent out at no cost to the customer once sufficient evidence is provided.

G. RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

i. Currently countries listed below are restricted from purchasing xxxadrenalinxxx products due to previous shipping issues,

H. FITMENT OF KNIFE PARTS

i. These custom knife parts are NOT designed to fit cloned or fake Spyderco, Benchmade, Zero Tolerance, Hinderer, Emerson, Kershaw, CRKT, ESEE, Becker knives; or any other knives xxxadrenalinxxx makes parts for.

ii. Do not buy these parts for any cloned or fake knives as they will probably not fit.

iii. xxxadrenalinxxx parts also many not fit aftermarket scales if they are not the same dimensions as factory scales. By purchasing these parts, you are aware that they may not fit your aftermarket scales.

iv. If longer pocket clips are required for thicker pocket clip or thicker scales, please contact me for options .

The products advertised on this online store are custom parts that have been designed to fit the knives of said manufacturers. xxxadrenalinxxx has zero affiliation with any of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). Terms used on this website are for identification purposes only and do not intend to misinform consumers or indicate any form of relationship with OEM manufacturers.

J. Tax and Purchase Conditions

Customers wishing to purchase from us must agree to certain conditions. If you do not agree to one or more of the following conditions, we will be unable to ship to you.

International Customer Conditions:

I. Pay all shipping fees

II. Pay any and all taxes, duties, etc.

III. If items get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not accountable, and cannot give a refund.

IV. Understand their own/carry laws in their country and have proper permits where applicable

V. Pay all shipping fees for returns & exchanges, as well as warranty work

VI. VAT is not collected by xxxadrenalinxxx and customers from the United Kingdom and European Union are liable for all taxes and additional handling fees that is imposed by the destination country that the customer specified when ordering parts from xxxadrenalinxxx.

VII. International purchasers assume all risk of loss, theft, customs seizures, clearance, duties, levies, fees, taxes, storage charges, broker fees, and the like associated with international shipments (the foregoing collectively, “International Shipping Events”), and you agree that xxxadrenalinxxx shall not be held liable for any International Shipping Events.
