What is your lead time?

FEBRUARY 2024 UPDATE:

Thankyou for all the ongoing support from the knife community out there.

Due to the many existing orders on at the moment.

Leads times MIGHT be a little longer than stated below.

Your orders are appreciated and I am working my hardest to get through them all. 

 

Lead Times on Orders:

xxxadrenalinxxx is the place for highly customized knife titanium parts.

Please be mindful that there are many detailed processes involved before your customized order can be shipped out.

*Custom Parts = Customized handiwork that takes time to prepare.
*No parts are ready to ship out on the same day it is ordered!

Parts are designed by xxxadrenalinxxx and tailored to each customer's individual requirements. So it is not possible to send out the same day.

Once ordered the production process begins. Each order is placed in a production queue of existing orders and worked on when reaching your place in the queue.

Depending on what has been ordered I may also need to email you about your requirements and existing knife mods. Such as existing aftermarket parts already installed or being planned. This process can also add time to sort out.

Guideline of Approximate Production Lead Times before shipping out:

Around 10+ business days:
(for Small Non-Complicated parts / orders)

Around 20+ business days:
(for Customized Sets with Non-Complicated parts / orders)

Around 30+ business days:
(for Heavily Customized Full Sets, Complicated High Voltage Anodizing,
Custom Matte, Shiny, Rainbow Finishing, Custom Resizing, Custom Machining)

Please note: 

During very busy periods with many existing orders on it can take longer than the stated times above. These times are only a guideline. Some orders and requests these days are really pushing the possible limits of titanium anodizing and finishing techniques. So your parts might need to be re-done several times to get the color as consistent and as perfect as possible before shipping out.

However, We will be working our hardest to get all orders completed in the timeliest manner that is humanly possible.


Customization Definition Notes:

Small Non-Complicated Parts = Up to 5 Pieces or parts in common anodized colors.

Customized Anodizing = Custom Hand Anodizing & Hand Finishing to each customer’s requirements.

Busy Periods = When many existing orders are on. Earlier orders will be worked on first.

Heavily Customized Full Sets
 = Includes complicated anodizing and finishing of Full Sets.

Custom Machining = Custom re-sizing or modifications to xxxadrenalinxxx parts.

Custom Finishing = Includes Shiny or Matte Finishing or other Custom finishes.

Non-Complicated Coloring = Includes the common Anodized Colors Such as:

Raw, Brass, Bronze, Blue, Light Blue, GoldDark Blue, Deep Purple, Ice Blue, etc

Complicated Coloring = Includes Intricate and High Voltage Anodized Colors Such as:

Green, Yellow-Green, Blue-Green, Bright Purple, Teal, Magenta, Yellow, Pink, Blurple,
Bright Blue, Copper, MaroonRainbow, etc.

Other Lead Time Notes:

+ Combined Orders: Will be combined with the most recent order date.
+ For Out-of-Stock items: Can still be ordered but shipping times will be advised.

 

Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?/ Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

Each order is only worked on once it has been placed.

It is then placed in a queue of existing custom orders to be worked on.

There are many detailed processes involved before it can be shipped out.
(No parts are ready to ship out on the same day)

All custom parts are made to order, designed by xxxadrenalinxxx and tailored to each customer's requirements.


Why haven't I replied back to an email message yet?

All emails will be replied to however during busy times more time
is needed to get back to you. Please try to keep emails to a miniumim.
As each email reply takes time away from being in the workshop working on your order.
(Yes I am the same guy that works on your orders and answers your emails)
Answering emails alone is nearly a full time job these days.
Please be patient and I will reply to all emails in due time.


Why haven't I replied back to an Instagram / Facebook message yet?

Due to the amount of orders currently on at the moment only a very limited amount of time
can be spent on Instagram / Facebook. I would love to, but it is just not possible to reply to all direct messages on Instagram / Facebook. If you need to contact me. Please send me an email via the Contact Us form instead.
All emails will be replied to instead of direct messages on Instagram / Facebook.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, orders are sent out twice a week.


Are there any countries you don’t ship to? 

Currently countries listed below are restricted from purchasing xxxadrenalinxxx products due to previous shipping issues.

How do I track my shipping in USA?

Parcels to the USA will be sent out via DHL however they also
pass it to the local post service depending on what country it goes to.

Such as USPS in the USA.

So there will be 2 tracking numbers on each parcel both DHL and USPS.

Later on when it reaches the USA.

How do I track my shipping within Australia?

Please use the Australia Post Website Tracking Link.

Along with the Tracking Number emailed once sent out or from my website.

The tracking on the Australia Post website might not show up straight away.

But will show up as it gets closer to you.

Can xxxadrenalinxxx custom anodize my knife?

Sorry I only custom anodize parts on my website.

I do not custom anodize knife scales or pocket clips.

If needing this service I do have contacts that can do this for you.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders that have not been shipped yet can be cancelled or changed.
(Provided I see your email or message in time)

Once a tracking number has been sent to you it has been shipped out and too late to change or cancel.

What colors are not possible on titanium?

Orange and Red is not possible on Titanium.

Black is also not possible on all parts.

I have figured out a way to do Black but it is a very long process with a lead time of over a month.

What are my finish options?

Satin Polish

Shiny Polished Finish

Matt / Matte Finish

 

Can you custom machine the parts I have ordered?

Some parts can be machined to other sizes on my lathe.

Not all parts can be modified to fit any application.
