Custom 18 Piece RAW Titanium Torx Screw Set
to fit Spyderco Paramilitary 2 (PM2) Knives.

The factory standard torx screws are not titanium.

They might get rounded, threaded or simply get lost over time.

Upgrade the standard torx screws, to a set of rust proof Custom Titanium Torx Screws.

These Custom Titanium Torx screws are a direct replacement for the Spyderco PM2 knives.

These custom parts are not designed to fit Cloned or Fake Spyderco knives.
Do not buy these parts for any cloned or fake knives as they probably won't fit.
Might also not fit aftermarket scales if they are not the same dimensions as the factory scales.
If needing longer pocket clip screws for a thicker pocket clip or thicker scales. (Contact me for options)

What is included in this sale is only the 18 piece set of Titanium Screws to fit the Original
Spyderco PM2 knife. Consisting of only 18 x RAW Titanium screws in total.

This 18 Piece set includes the following titanium screws:

2 x T10 Torx Titanium Pivot Screws
4 x T8 Torx Titanium Body Screws
3 x T6 Torx Titanium Pocket Clip Screws
9 x T6 Torx Titanium Pocket Clip Hole Protector Screws

2018 UPDATE: These are now perfect!!!

Many wasted parts, lots of wasted tooling, much headaches.

It has taken around 5 Generations and at least 3 years to get it to this stage.

Please note: These custom screws were extremely hard to make.
It took many production runs and a very long time to get it to this stage.
This is as good as I can get it, as it is very hard to hold when machining
because of the thin angled edge on the countersunk screw head.
Please be aware that the screw's head may stick out from the scale
by a very, very tiny little amount. As shown in the ebay photos attached.
The G10 scale can be possibly countersunk a little be more to fix this.
However by purchasing this set you are aware of this. (2018 UPDATE = NOW FIXED)

2017 UPDATE: These screws were machined to fit perfectly with every allowable tolerance however it was a bit too thin
and caused it to break when torqued down hard. Had to scrap them and re-design. (2018 UPDATE = NOW FIXED)

2016 UPDATE: The scale screw's Torx drive head wasn't machined well.
Which was very hard to do on such a small thin countersunk head = looked crap. (2018 UPDATE = NOW FIXED)

2015 UPDATE: So many trial runs and bad batches. (didn't even list it up on ebay).
Many issues to sort out. (2018 UPDATE = NOW FIXED)

2014 UPDATE: Too many issues to list and remember.
Much wasted $$$$$ on tooling that didn't work. (2018 UPDATE = NOW FIXED)

Installation Notes:

The PM2 knife can be quite tricky to take apart and put together compared to other knives.
Please do not purchase this set if you are not confident in taking your PM2 apart and putting it back together.
Even tuning the tightness of the PM2 body screws can effect the pivot opening performance.

The original PM2 screws can be quite hard to remove. Please watch some youtube videos beforehand to
see how it is done. The factory loctite thread glue can make the screws hard to get out too causing the Torx head to strip.

Use some Good strong quality Torx tools to (Such as Wiha Torx tools).

Other Notes:

Slight color and machining variations may also occur between batches. Custom colors can be requested.
Other colors such as: purple, yellow, maroon, Blurple, raw titanium, pink, light blue, brass, magenta, dark blue, green, bronze, gold etc.

Once you have received a colored titanium item. It may appear to have lost color once touched,
this is just the oil from your hands. If the oil been cleaned off the color will come back. See cleaning tip below.

International orders are sent via Airmail and usually take around 2 or 3 weeks to arrive to you once sent.
However orders can take to longer to arrive depending on your country's air mailing delivery system.
Please do not buy if you cannot agree to this. All International items are sent via Airmail with tracking.

assume the knife is also included. I am just trying to make my listing as clear as possible that NO KNIVES ARE INCLUDED.

Anodized Titanium Cleaning Tip:

To maintain the look of your new titanium parts.

Wipe clean with some Acetone but at the same time

be careful NOT to get Acetone on the G10 or Carbon knife scales.

(Windex can also work too)
